Bye Bye VQ

Write: portlandurbanblog.com Categories: Urban Works Real Estate

We recently said good bye to Veritable Quandary when we moved our Urban Works office from SW 1st Ave, in the white brick building right next door. And now we will say good bye again as they close their doors for good. Multnomah County purchased the building that has inhabited VQ since 1971.

Many changes are in store for the area as the courthouse begins to take shape. Dennis King, owner and operator, plans to keep the restaurant open through the summer season, when the restaurant's patio comes into full bloom. The county said it will break ground on the courthouse later this year.
