Urban Asset Advisors secured a $41.6 Million loan to commence construction on Couch 9, the 136 unit mixed-use project in the Pearl District near the Brewery Blocks. Urban Works Real Estate is working on securing dining and shopping options for the 5,258 square feet of ground floor retail.

(Cabezon Restaurant at 5200 NW Sacramento, Portland)

Duvall Estates LLC purchased the 5200 NE Sacramento building in Portland. Kia Hartley of Urban Works represented the seller Alchemy Enterprises, LLC and Charlotte Larson of Urban Works represented the buyer.

Bahramie & Vaday purchased Cedar Cabin at 1115 Lake Front Rd, Lake Oswego. Rob Moneyhan of Urban Works represented the seller Cedar Cabin, LLC.

Andrew Greenberg purchased the property at 729-133 SW Vista Ave, Portland. Kia Hartley represented the buyer. Sellers were Gene & Rebecca Chao.

Westover NW 23rd Partners, LLC purchased a Historic property at 206 NW 23rd Ave, Portland. Dan Bozich and Brian Greeley of Urban Works represented both buyer and seller. Seller was Janice L Daniel.

Wildwood Bespoke Claims Last Retail Space in The Hamilton Building!

The Hamilton Building, at 510 SW 3rd, is now home to fine mens retailer: Wildwood Bespoke!  Wildwood Bespoke has leased 1,458 SF of retail space in this historic office building and will bring the craft of high-quality hand tailored suits to the public as early as Spring of 2015. 

The Hamilton Building's retail space is now 100% leased. Rob Moneyhan of Urban Works Real Estate represented the landlord, Loyalty Holdings LLC and Charlotte Larson of Urban Works Real Estate represented Wildwood Bespoke in the transaction.
