Breakside Brewery is opening their 3rd location this summer and we can't wait! Urban Works brought the 5,000 square foot warehouse opportunity in Slabtown which features exposed trusses, sawtooth skylights and an expansive outdoor patio to Breakside Brewery. Slabtown Marketplace is anchored by New Seasons Market and a host to other locally acclaimed tenants, including the neighborhood favorite Besaw's cafe.
The project is a mixed used development, lead by Capstone Partners and Cairn Pacific.
"It's very rewarding to be part of a team that brings exceptional tenants to a creatively repurposed warehouse building in an emerging neighborhood. I can't wait until this summer to enjoy a cold beer on the Breakside patio in Northwest Portland" - Brian Greeley of Urban Works.
